Our rural location has easy access to major highways, this keeps our incoming and outgoing freight cost down. Warehousing is much more affordable here then areas surrounding major cities.

We combine our delivery service so you don't pay for idle trucks or personal

Buying power

We're a direct importer and we pay cash for our pianos. This is very rare in our type of business. We don't have to pile " high interest rates " onto our piano prices like other places

We've been in business for over 78 years. This inertia allows us to keep our advertising cost low while maintaining volume sales.

Everyone works

We're family owned and operated. There are no investors or non-income producing people on our pay-roll. Yes, you'll find the Carusos here along with everybody else.

Full-line music store

Caruso Music is a full line music store. Here's how that keeps our piano prices so low. We sell all types of musical instruments as well as pro-audio and video equipment. We also have a large music school and strong outside installation business. The piano business is cyclical with the majority of the sales taking place during the months of Sept thru June. When piano sales slow down, many other areas of our business increase. We don’t have to add the slower July thru August piano months onto our year round piano prices. Understand?
